According to a police officer, an FIR has been filed against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar in relation to a threatening email addressed to Mumbai-based actor Salman Khan's office.

In the email, which was written in Hindi, the sender stated: "Goldy Bhai (Goldy Brar) wanted to talk with Salman Khan face to face to close the matter”, adding, “Agli baar, jhatka dekhne ko milega (You’ll see something shocking)”.

The First Information Report, which the Mumbai Police recorded on Saturday, also includes the names of Bishnoi and Brar in addition to Rohit, the officer stated on Sunday.

The Punjabi musician Sidhu Moosewala was murdered, and Bishnoi, who is presently being held in the Bathinda jail in Punjab, and Goldy Brar are implicated.

Prashant Gunjalkar, who operates an artist management company and, according to the police, routinely visits Khan's apartment in Bandra, filed the complaint with the Bandra Police.

On Saturday afternoon, Gunjalkar observed an email had arrived from the ID "Rohit Garg" while he was present at Khan's office in the Galaxy Apartment, the officer claimed, referencing the FIR.

Salman Khan should have seen the interview Lawrence Bishnoi just gave to a news channel, according to the email, and if not, he should. There is still time, but agli bar, jhatka dekhne ko milega, it added, addressing Gunjalkar, adding that if Khan wants to end the situation, he should speak with Goldy bhai in person.

According to the Indian Penal Code, the FIR was filed in accordance with sections 120-B (Punishment for Criminal Conspiracy), 506-II (Punishment for Criminal Intimidation), and 34 (Common Intention).

Interestingly, Salman Khan has received a handwritten threat from an unknown person in June 2022.
